QualiPSo (www.qualipso.org) is a European project aiming at finding the keys for the massive adoption of open source in industry. QualiPSo is working on many aspects of open source: interoperability, determination of key adoption factors, forge of new generation, legal aspects and finally business aspects.

We are working on this last aspect. We did a state of the art of open source business models (fully open and available on-line) and are now trying to find the best business models. However, there are as many business models as organizations. So we try to identify the key factors leading to success... or failure. Failure is as important as success.

A full report of all questionnaires will be provided. You can choose either to appear publicly or anonymously in this study. We hope to identify the easiest path for future entrepreneur and also to provide to existing companies ideas on successful strategies.
